KTR 1000 reflow oven

The KTR Series Lead-Free Reflow Oven features 10 heating zones on both the top and bottom, ensuring optimal and uniform soldering with its extended heating zones. Equipped with 3 efficient cooling zones, it rapidly cools down the PCB to 45°C, making it ideal for seamless transition to the next process.

System includes 10 top and bottom heating zones for precise soldering and 3 top and bottom cooling zones to ensure optimal PCB exit temperature.
The oven provides efficient power management and precise temperature control from room temperature and stability.
This conveyor system features adjustable speed, automatic chain lubrication, and a Panasonic motor, accommodating various PCB sizes and component heights.
Oven’s high-efficiency design enables a quick 30-minute warm-up and fast profile transfer under 15 minutes.

KTR 800 reflow oven

The KTR Series reflow oven is designed for a wide range of high-precision applications, incl. smartphones, automotive electronics, aerospace components & military-grade products.

Heating and cooling system includes 8 top and bottom heating zones for uniform, lead-free soldering, and 3 cooling zones with forced air to ensure an exit temperature of ≤70°C.
The system offers precise temperature control up to 300°C with ±1°C accuracy, fast warm-up, and efficient power usage at 64KW total.
Conveyor system supports PCB widths from 50 to 460 mm, offers adjustable speeds, and features stainless steel components with automated lubrication and motorized rail adjustment for smooth handling.
